Global Health Metrics and Evaluation Conference 2011

About the Conference: The conference will highlight innovative methods, the latest debates in measurement, and the transformation of data into effective policy for improved population health. Sessions will be organized to promote debate, discussion, and an open exchange of ideas.

Who will participate? Researchers, academic leaders, students, policymakers, non-governmental organizations, foundations, country offices of health statistics, and national and multi-national health organizations.

Call for Abstracts: An open call for abstracts will be issued in The Lancet shortly. Abstracts will undergo a peer-review process organized by the Lancet and authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to write a paper to be submitted for publication following the conference.
