SHOPS e-Conference: Integrating Zinc into Diarrhea Management

This e-conference will highlight country-specific experiences with the introduction of zinc as a diarrhea treatment through both public and private sector channels, present the results of program-based research, and share lessons learned in the implementation of zinc programs.
Participants will gain insight on: * How the public and private sectors can work together to reduce child mortality through improved diarrhea management * The issues surrounding appropriate diarrhea case management with zinc * Why the introduction of zinc in diarrhea management is so important to improving health outcomes * How the private sector can be engaged to provide sustainable solutions
