The Foundation supports access to exercise, physical activity and nutritional education programs, programs that motivate behavior modification, and programs that encourage lifestyle/behavioral changes. HIV/AIDS prevention and awareness programs are also community priorities in Africa and Latin America.
Grant-making Details The Coca-Cola Company and its Foundations concentrates its community support in several priority areas. Across the globe, the company supports initiatives focused on:
- Healthy and Active Lifestyles: To support access to exercise, physical activity and nutritional education programs, programs that motivate behavior modification, and programs that encourage lifestyle/behavioral changes
- Water Stewardship: To support access to clean water and sanitation, watershed protection in water-stressed regions, utilization of water for production and or multiple use systems that do more than provide clean drinking water, education and awareness programs that promote water conservation within communities and industry
- Education: To support scholarships, school drop-out prevention, access to education programs, and other education initiatives, per local business unit priorities
- Community Recycling: To increase liter abatement efforts, advance recovery and reuse, increase community recycling awareness, and support research and innovation
In Africa, Europe, Latin America, North America and the Pacific, the company also supports student scholarships and other educational programs and initiatives. HIV/AIDS prevention and awareness programs are also community priorities in Africa and Latin America.
All requests for community support in the form of grants or sponsorships for consideration by The Coca-Cola Company, The Coca-Cola Foundation or any of its affiliated regional foundations must be submitted through our online application system. Those proposals meeting specific guidelines, and further our strategic goals and objectives, will be considered for funding.
