* SSFP has been successful in attaining better prices for drugs and medicines for NGOs. Discounts achieved through SSFP have gone from 16% to over 25%, which helps offering customers drugs at a lower than the market price.
* The poor are enjoying usual discounted prices or when appropriate, free services. During the project life, the proportion of poor people serve, out of total clients, has gone from 25% to 31% (which is higher than the end-of-project target), and the client base has grown more than 25% in the same period.
