Summary: 

CUMO Microfinance's health insurance scheme is delivered using a partner-agent model. The scheme covers hospitalization, offers one-time financial support payment when hospitalized, and covers loan while the client is hospitalized.

Key program components: 

The policy covers only the microfinance client between the ages of 18 and 65. There are no exclusions, and no client is forced to take an HIV/AIDS test or declare his/her HIV/AIDS status. The premium is collected as part of the client's loan.
