IPC Heart Care Centre was founded by Dr. Pratiksha with an objective of preventing heart attacks, reducing the incidence of coronary artery disease, and eradicating premature deaths and disability due to heart disease, an illness that kills roughly 2500 people per day. The mission of IPC is preventing heart attacks, reversing heart disease through continuous education, contributing to early detection and providing alternative non-invasive holistic treatment affordable to all.

IPC is equipped with a hi-tech diagnostic centre, where 3 dimensional cartography, holter monitoring, stress tests, 2D echo and all pathological investigations are performed. A big component of IPC's work is also to educate patients to change their lifestyle. Its lifestyle education unit regularly teaches about diet, yoga and stress management.

IPC was also the first clinic in Mumbai to introduce the latest generation of “3 Dimensional Cardiovascular Cartography” to detect heart disease. The cartography is an outpatient procedure that enables early diagnosis of the disease. IPC has also successfully introduced Artery Clearance Therapy and EECP.

IPC is in a technical collaboration with the Arterial Disease Clinic London and Manchester, follows the American College of Advanced Medicine (ACAM) protocol and has over a 90% success ratio in reducing blockages and improving blood flow to the heart, thus vastly reducing the probability of a heart attack.

IPC has served over 5,000,000 people and trained more than 100,000 on prevention. The Centre has also treated more than 5000 critical patients with 70-100% blockages who have been advised to receive angioplasty or bypass surgery but have successfully undergone IPC’s non-invasive holistic treatment.
