Summary:

Integrated Health Management System (IHMS) provides a high-value, integrated turnkey solution, at no cost to healthcare providers, using a model which absolves them of the complexities and exorbitant costs associated with systems integration, configuration management, support and deployment of infrastructure.

Program goals/rationale:

Our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivered on the Cloud infrastructure model is deeply rooted in the business principles of efficiency (shared risk concept). Today, public institutions and private enterprises are looking at more integrated outsourcing solutions to give them the freedom to focus resources on their core business.

Key program components:

Kutana Cloud, a member of the Kutana family, is an expert in enterprise software solutions, and is offering targeted SaaS solutions that combines any number of the complex systems required to facilitate the physical or virtual flow of Healthcare sector businesses. Its Cloud services are designed to help institutions to enhance efficiencies and retain the competitive edge.

The Cloud method is a move away from hawking multi-million dollar application packages that sometimes take about a year to implement and requires the hiring of an army of expensive consultants. It saves enterprises the significant costs of buying and maintaining their own software and supporting infrastructure.

What makes the Kutana Cloud value proposition compelling is cost reduction. Using a FREE subscription method, Kutana Cloud's solutions offer customers system's capability that have so far been limited primarily to larger organizations and the developed industrialized economies — and does so at ZERO cost. More importantly, it offers a uniquely easy-to-use system, using an incubator method of user immersion (staff are dedicated to initiate users and support system). Thus, customers are able to access their platforms without needing to really think about complicated configurations that have until now been part of traditional enterprise applications.

Kutana Cloud builds alliance partnerships with their customers to enable them to lever on our technology skills, technical competencies and business support experience to increase process efficiencies and accelerate speed of service delivery. This shared risk concept allows customers to significantly reduce operating costs and to realize the full business value of using technology.

In practical terms, the delivery methodology translates into the following:

  • The SaaS model is implemented and managed in a collaborative manner by Kutana Cloud staff working with the customers' staff

  • Following a train-the-trainer immersion approach, the customers' staff assume full responsibility for the day-to-day administration of system resources (Tier 1 support)

  • A number of Kutana Cloud staff is then dedicated to the account to provide support to the trained staff. In this way, the system is owned and operated from day one by the customer, which controls its own data and all necessary inputs/outputs. No software licenses are required.
