Summary: 

Linktam is the first hotline in Hanoi with the mission of providing information and counseling on love, marriage, family, life skills and other social issues.

Key program components: 

Beginning with two major fields (reproductive health and emotional counseling), Linktam now provides counseling on the prevention of gender-based violence, human trafficking and domestic violence, as well as homosexuality, and anti-stress counseling.

Two hotline numbers 1900599930 and 1900585830 are reachable throughout the country. The call center is open from 8 am to 2 am and receives an average of 300 calls per day.

Counseling on homosexuality and for victims of domestic violence is provided free of charge. Counseling for other issues is chargable through a telephone fee services. Face to face counselling is also available at the company's office, as well as through email, SMS and an auto-attendant box.

The company operates 3 websites: www.linktam.vn, www.voiceover.vn, and www.codon.vn to provide addtional information and counseling services for clients.

In over 12 years of operation, Linktam has served millions of callers.
