The call centre offers information regarding sexual and reproductive health and family planning and referrals to MSI Ethiopia clinics to both men and women.

The call centre is open 24/7 (with out of hours service provided using mobile phones). The call centre is promoted through media outlets (newspapers, radios, magazines), posters in MSI Ethiopia clinics and on all MSI Ethiopia promotion materials (brochures, t-shirts, key chains).
