Nkoranza Community Financing Health Insurance Scheme provides hospitalization coverage (24 hours or more).

Key program components: 

The entire family is covered under the voluntary scheme. The premium is US$1.53 (2.5 GHS) for renewals of insured clients and US$1.83 (3 GHS) for registration of new members (as of 2003).

Registration for the scheme is only open during harvest season (October - January).
