Lauren Rawlings is a consultant living and working in Johannesburg, South Africa where she has completed projects across Africa and India for the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA), and Gatsheni Management Consulting. Much of her work has focused on inclusive business models that attempt to provide under-served communities with access to important services.
Prior to moving to Johannesburg, Lauren was a Manager in the Health Strategy practice at Accenture in New York. Earlier in her career, she lived and worked in several African countries as an Associate at Development Alternatives, Inc (DAI), a US-based consultancy focused on international economic development.
Lauren has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's of Business Administration.
