Virginia Resende is currently managing ACCESS Brazil. Prior to working on innovative healthcare initiatives, Virginia worked with international constituents from both public and private sectors analyzing countries and business opportunities in emerging markets. She provided high-level government and business executives with macroeconomic analysis and business opportunities in Latin America at the Council of the Americas (COA) in New York. She also worked at the United Nations in New York, the Central Bank of Brazil, the Economist Intelligence Unit, the Center for Emerging Markets Solution at the Indian School of Business, and at HBL, a small bank in New York. Virginia's interest lies in the development and application of innovative social impact instruments. Virginia Resende has a Masters in International Affairs with concentration in Finance and Policy from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University.
