The People's Clinic (Clinica SiM), in Brazil, was created to provide people without private health insurance access to affordable primary and dental care. SiM stands for Serviço de Inclusão à Medicina, or "Inclusion Service to Medicine", and now has 18 offices serving over 5,000 patients a month.
