Are you an enterprise searching for a way to make impact reporting less burdensome? Are you an investor or funder that wants to get reliable performance information from your investees? Join this webinar on “Measuring Impact in Health” to learn more from investors and healthcare organizations that are seeking to answer these exact questions.
Health delivery organizations are eager to embrace impact measurement frameworks/systems that are comprehensive and credible, but also feasible and broadly comparable. It was with this understanding that the Center for Health Market Innovations (CHMI) and the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN) jointly developed standardized definitions for common measures of performance tracked by healthcare organizations serving low-income communities. The metrics, which are now formally included in the GIIN’s IRIS catalog, are a practical tool to support investors in measuring the social, environmental, and financial performance of their investments to demonstrate how well they deliver affordably priced, quality services to the poor.
During this session we’ll provide a quick overview on the metrics developed and spend the majority of the webinar exploring views on impact measurement from the investor perspective - represented by Varun Sahni, Founding Partner at Impact Investing Partners - and investee perspective - represented by Sushmit Mitra, COO of LifeSpring Hospital. This will be followed by a Q&A session. This webinar will be useful for all program managers and investors working to measure social, environmental and financial performance of healthcare organizations.
