APOPO is a social enterprise that researches, develops, and deploys detection rat technology for humanitarian purposes. APOPO's HeroRATs provide second-line screening of TB samples from collaborating DOTS Centers.

APHFTA is involved in advocacy, training and capacity building, research, and networking of Private Health Facilities (PHFs) in Tanzania. In collaboration with various local and international bodies, it works as an umbrella organization for the whole private health sector in Tanzania.

The Familia social franchise network operates six regions in Tanzania under the direction of Population Services International. When clinics join the Familia network, they receive supplies and training necessary to provide standardized, high quality healthcare.

CCBRT's mobile outreach program, known as Transport My Patient, aims to make specialist services available and affordable to the under-served rural areas surrounding Dar es Salaam.
