On SUSTAIN Project CFHI was expected to increase the uptake of HIV Testing and Counselling services, provide HIV Testing and Counselling services to at least 150,000 persons in the FCT and link all HIV Positive identified clients to care and treatment in CCFN supported Healthcare Facilities.
